抗磨白口铸铁化学成分自关联性分析

摘要 研究了抗磨白口铸铁化学成分灰色自关联性。利用灰色理论对抗磨白口铸铁中碳C,铬Cr,钼Mo,硅Si,锰Mn,钒V和铜Cu等7种化学元素含量的7组数据,21种组合的灰色关联度进行了分析。通过大量计算,得到了这21种组合的关联度及自关联矩阵。计算结果表明,在21种组合中,CCu组合关联度最高,说明C和Cu之间有较强的关联性,Si V组合关联度最低,说明他们之间关联性最弱,其余19种组合介于它们之间。文中首次提出抗磨白口铸铁化学成分灰色关联性及其计算公式的新概念、新思路和新方法。对研究抗磨白口铸铁化学元素最佳组合、性能优化以及现有产品改造提供了重要理论基础。本方法也适用其他工程技术研究与分析。 The grey relation of the chemical elements of wear resisting white cast iron is researched .Grey relational grades of 21 sets between the elements C,Cr,Mo,Si,Mn,V and Cu of wear resisting white cast iron are analysed by using grey theory .The grey relational grades and ordering of those sets are obtained after a lot of calculation.The calculating results show that grey relational grade between C and Cu is the highest of those sets, it is said that C bears strong relation to Cu ,one between Si and V the lowest ,it is said that Si weak relation to V, one of other 19 sets are between them successively.The new concept,thinking and method of the grey relational grade and its calculating formulae of the chemical elements of cast iron brought forward first in this paper.The theory basis provided for research on the performances optimizing , the best sets chemical elements and renovation product of the cast iron.
