摘要
以花育22为材料,采用盆栽研究6、12 mmol/L Ca2+对100 mmol/L Na Cl处理下花生植株性状的影响。结果表明,盐胁迫下花生植株的主茎高、分枝数、侧枝长、根系干重以及生物积累量与对照相比均显著降低,施加外源Ca2+后农艺性状得到改善且12 mmol/L Ca2+的作用效果更加显著。这表明,外源Ca2+可以缓解盐胁迫对花生植株生长发育的抑制,进而改善植株的农艺性状,促进花生植株生长,且高浓度的外源钙(12mmol/L Ca2+)效果更加显著。
Taking peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.)variety HY22 as material,the effects of 6 mmol /L and 1 2 mmol /L Ca2 + on the plant characters under 1 00 mmol /L NaCl were studied by pot experiment.The results showed that the main stem height,branch number,lateral branch length and biological accumulation signifi-cantly reduced under salt stress;the agronomic characters were improved after applying exogenous Ca2 + and the effect of 1 2 mmol /L Ca2 + was more prominent.It suggested that exogenous Ca2 + could alleviate the inhibi-tion of salt stress on peanut plant growth,improve plant agronomic traits and promot the plant growth.The effect of high concentration of exogenous Ca2 + was more significant.
