摘要
通过组织切片制片和染色方法改进,建立了能够清晰显示藕的组织和细胞结构的技术体系,并在此基础上分析了淀粉粒、维管束和分泌细胞的分布规律。
The histological section preparation and staining methods were improved for lotus rhizome. Then the technique system was set up for clearly visualizing its tissue and cell structure.On the basis,the dis-tribution rule of starch granules,vascular bundles and secretory cells were analyzed.
