摘要
在发动机激励下,对某款汽车前围和地板声学包进行了优化设计分析.首先在VA One软件中建立前围和地板统计能量分析模型并创建声学包,得到前围和地板的传递损失.基于正交优化设计理论,从材料厚度、密度、覆盖率、堵件设置方面对声学包进行优化,得到满足降噪性能和轻量化的最优设计,并通过对比优化前后车内的声压级验证了最优声学包设计方案.
In this paper, the sound packages of vehicle dash and floor were analyzed and optimized under the engine acoustic excitation. First, models of Statistical Energy Analysis and sound packages were built with software VA One. And then, the Transmission Loss of the sound packages was calculated. According to the orthogonal optimal design method, the best design was got by modifying the blanking element and the thickness, density and coverage of the sound packages. The optimal sound packages of dash panel and floor of noise reduction and light weight were achieved, which is improved via the comparison of sound pressure level before and after improvement.
