梁侧锚固钢板加固法中钢板受压屈曲的数值模拟

摘要 为了研究梁侧锚固钢板加固法中钢板的屈曲现象,参考钢板局部屈曲试验,从梁侧钢板中截取某一局段作为分析模型,探讨不同钢板厚度和不同加劲肋尺寸对钢板屈曲承载力的影响.采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,建立偏心受压钢板模型,引入几何初始缺陷,施加竖向位移荷载,对其进行非线性屈曲分析.数值模拟结果表明,随着钢板厚度和加劲肋尺寸的增大,受压钢板的屈曲承载力得到提高,而且延性得以改善.最后,对梁侧钢板的配置提出了相关建议. To study the buckling of the steel plates in bolted side - plated beams, using the reference of local buckling test of steel plate, a local steel plate was taken out from the side - plated beams, as a model which is to study the influence of the plate thickness and the stiffener on the steel plates'buckling bearing capacity. By using ABAQUS, models of eccentric compressed steel plate were built. The initial imperfection was introduced, and the vertical displacement was applied for nonlinear analysis. The result shows that the steel plates" buckling bearing capacity increases with the increase of the plate thickness and the size of the stiffener, along with the im- provement of ductility. In the end, some suggestions on the design of the steel plate were put forward.
