艾迪注射液辅助治疗中晚期肺癌近期及远期疗效观察

Short-term and long-term therapeutic effects of Addie injection in treatment of advanced lung cancer

目的:探讨艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗中晚期肺癌的临床疗效和安全性,旨在延长患者生存期、改善生存质量提供更佳的治疗方案。方法:前瞻性选取120例确诊为非小细胞肺癌患者,采用随机抽签法将其分为2组,对照组给予常规化疗,治疗组在此基础上给予艾迪注射液,观察分析2组患者近期疗效、临床症状改善情况、不良反应、预后以及生存质量改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为46.67%明显高于对照组的28.33%(P<0.05),稳定率为83.33%明显高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05);治疗组干咳、胸闷、口干症状缓解率分别为71.43%、77.42%、65.38%均明显高于对照组的33.33%、39.39%、33.33%(P<0.05);治疗组白细胞降低、口干、恶心呕吐等不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者治疗后3月、6月、1年、2年、3年生活质量逐渐改善,观察组改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:艾迪注射液联合化疗疗效确切,毒副反应发生率低且严重程度减弱,可达到延长生存期和改善生存质量的预期目标,可在肺癌治疗中广泛应用。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate efficacy and safety of Addie injection combined with chemotherapy in treatment of advanced lung cancer,provide better treatments to prolong survival and improve quality of life.METHODS A total of 120 patients with non small cell lung cancer were prospectively selected and randomly divided into 2 groups.Control group was given conventional chemotherapy,treatment group was added Addie injection.Two groups of patients were observed for curative effects in near future,improvement of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions,prognosis and improvement of quality of life.RESULTS Total effective rate of treatment group was 46.67%,significantly higher than control group（28.33%,P〈0.05）.Stable rate of 83.33%in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group（66.67%,P〈0.05）.Cough,chest tightness,dry mouth were 71.43%,77.42% and 65.38%in treatment group,significantly higher than those in control group（39.39%,33.33%,33.33%）（P〈0.05）.In treatment group,decreased white blood cells,dry mouth,nausea and vomiting were significantly lower than those in control group（P〈0.05）.After 3 months,3 months,1 year,2 years and 3years,quality of life gradually improved after in two groups,more significantly in treatment group than in control group（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION Curative effects of Addie injection combined with chemotherapy is definite,with low adverse reaction rate and mild severity.The therapeutic method can prolong survival and improve quality of survival,and widely used in treatment of lung cancer.
