锅筒-对流管束自动TIG焊接工艺设计

摘要 根据水管锅炉锅筒-对流管束角焊缝自动TIG焊存在的问题,对常规焊枪包括弧长跟踪方式、定位胀芯及送丝装置等进行改进,同时设计了一套多自由度、简便灵活的焊枪移动支撑工装,解决锅筒内焊枪移动、焊接问题;并进行焊接设备性能验证,实现了水管锅炉锅筒-对流管束角焊缝的自动TIG焊。 For the problems in automatic TIG welding of fillet welds on the water tube boiler barrel-convection bank,the conventional welding gun including arc length tracking mode,positioning bulge core and wire feed device are improved. Moreover,a set of multidegree of freedom,easy and flexible welding gun mobile support tooling is designed to solve movement and welding problems of welding gun. The performance of welding equipment is also verified and the automatic TIG welding is realized for fillet welds on the boiler barrel-convection tube bank.
