The Introspection of the Concept of Wisdom Earth

自2008年IBM提出"智慧地球"概念后,许多国家都以积极态势将其与本国的发展前景紧密结合,并以与之相关的数字化、网络化、智能化、物联网、云计算等尖端技术作为发展战略的重点。至于如何从科学规范的高度来看待"智慧地球"的创举和远景,本文对这一概念的源起和基本含义进行了细致分析,指出创立这一概念具有很大的理论和实践意义,蕴含着地球革命和人类进步的巨大希望。未来的"智慧地球"必将在政治经济、文化教育、国防军事、贸易交通、工农业生产等众多领域实现重大突破。特别是"智慧地球"拥有的整体性、生态性、智能性和主体性,必将促动实现自然、地球和人类的真正和谐与统一。

Since the IBM put forward the concept of wisdom earth in 2008, many countries integrated closely it with their development prospect in a positive situation, and took the highly-sophisticated technology of the digital, networked, intelligent, internet of things, cloud computing and so on as the key point of development strategy of their countries. As to how to view of the pioneering and future prospects of the wisdom earth from the height of the scientific paradigm, In this paper, the origin and basic meaning of the concept are analyzed delicately, to point out that the founding of this concept has great theoretical and practical significance and contains the great hope of the earth＇s revolution and human progress. The wisdom earth will achieve a major breakthrough in the political economy, culture, education, national defense and military, trade, transportation, industrial and agricultural production, and many other fields in future. In especially, the integrity, ecological nature, intelligence and subjectivity possessed by wisdom will certainly promote to realize the real harmony and unity of nature, earth and human beings.
