Reading, Leaders Should Take the Lead

通过对中外决策者读书辅政的案例分析和阐述,论述了领导干部为什么要读书、怎样挤时间读书、读什么内容的书等一系列重要问题。提出领导干部不仅要自己养成读好书、善读书的习惯,而且还须养成与行政团队讨论和分享好书的习惯,以便知行合一,转化为推动时代进步的社会生产力。

At all times in all countries, policy makers seek help from books when they make decision. Through case studies, the author tells us why leaders should read, how to squeeze time for reading, and what to read. This paper suggests that leaders must read more and read good books, and at the same time, share books with team members, so as to promote social progress.
