县级公共图书馆引进志愿者机制可促进信息资源的有效共享和拓展文化服务项目。本文重点分析了县级公共图书馆应如何建立志愿者常态化机制和对志愿者进行有效管理,最后阐述了龙海市图书馆近年来在电子阅览室的服务工作中所取得的成效。

To share information resources effectively and widen the culture service, adopting the volunteer system in county public library is a good choice. This paper analyses how to construct a normalized mechanism in county public library and to manage it effectively. Eventually, the paper elaborates the achievements of the service work in an electronic reading room in Longhai City Public Library for the past few years.
