超声联合神经刺激器引导下臂丛加颈浅丛阻滞麻醉在肩锁手术中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的 探讨超声联合神经刺激器引导下臂丛复合颈浅丛阻滞麻醉在肩锁手术中的应用效果.方法 选择肩锁手术患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为3组,每组20例.A组为传统方法定位组,S组为神经刺激器定位组,US组为超声联合神经刺激器定位组.观察三组的神经阻滞麻醉操作完成时间、起效时间、阻滞完善时间、麻醉效果、麻醉持续时间.结果 US组和S组的操作时间、阻滞起效时间、阻滞完善时间均短于A组(P<0.05),US组的操作时间、阻滞起效时间、阻滞完善时间均短于S组(P<0.05).S、US组麻醉优等率高于A组(P<0.05),S、US组麻醉持续时间、麻醉优等率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 与传统方法和神经刺激器方法相比,超声联合神经刺激器引导下臂丛颈丛联合阻滞麻醉方法麻醉起效快,麻醉效果好,提高了麻醉安全性和有效性.
