人乳头瘤病毒16 E6癌蛋白与宫颈癌发生的分子机制的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 子宫颈癌是女性生殖系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,严重影响妇女健康[1],随着对其发病机制研究的深入,人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)与宫颈癌的关系已越发引起人们关注,HPV早期基因编码产物中,E6蛋白与宫颈癌发生密切相关,能够降解P53蛋白,激活端粒酶,阻碍细胞凋亡的发生,已成为宫颈致癌的研究热点[2].笔者主要阐述了HPV16E6的致癌机制,对其与宫颈癌发病分子机制的研究进展作一综述,为对宫颈癌的防治提供理论依据.
