黑龙江地区水资源诅咒情况的相关分析

Analysis of Water Resource Curse in Heilongjiang Province

资源诅咒现象用于描述丰富的自然资源不仅没有促进区域的经济增长,反而限制或抑制该区域的经济发展。黑龙江省是我国水资源丰富的地区,但是该省的经济并没有因为丰富的水资源而保持平稳的发展,反而出现了经济发展落后的现象。针对这一问题,通过分析黑龙江省的水资源情况,利用通过DRAI模型计算得到的全国各省水资源和与环境的关系,分析了黑龙江省的水资源诅咒情况,给出了黑龙江省摆脱水资源诅咒的建议。

Resource curse is used to describthe situation that the abundant regional resource doesn＇t promote but restrain the regional economic development. Heilongjiang Province is the water resourceabundant region,but its economy doesn＇t develop steadily and even does backwards for the water resource-abundant. This paper analyzed the water resource of Heilongjiang Province,using the DRAI models to calculate the relationship between water resource and economy of each province in China to show that the water resource curse exists in Heilongjiang Province. At last,the paper gave some suggestions on getting-rid of the water resource curse.
