摘要
征1-4井位于准中1区块征沙村地区,设计井深4 855.00 m。通过使用聚合物防塌钻井液体系和聚硅铝胺防塌钻井液体系,辅助现场钻井液维护处理工艺和工程措施,保证了征1-4井的顺利施工。全井机械钻速12.96 m/h,创造该区块钻速新纪录,达到提速提效的目的。
Zheng 1 - 4 Well is situated in Zhengshacun area of No. 1 Block of central Junggar Basin with the designed well depth of 4 855.00 m. The construction of Zheng 1 - 4 Well has been carried out successfully by using a polymer anti - collapse drilling fluid system and a polysilicate aluminum - amine anti - collapse drilling fluid system and by taking auxiliary drilling fluid field maintenance and engineering measures as well. The rate of penetration was 12.96 m/h across the well that is a new record of drilling speed in this block, and the purpose of increasing the rate and the efficiency was achieved.
