Research Development of Anti-Silica Scaling Technology

简述了油田硅垢的成垢机理;总结了硅垢防垢技术,包括化学防垢法和工艺防垢法;介绍了近年来国内外研究开发的聚合物硅垢防垢剂,包括胺类、羧酸类、磺酸类、醚类及树枝状聚合物防垢剂;分析了硅垢防垢剂的防垢机理;指出了硅垢防垢技术的发展方向。

The mechanism of silica scale formation is discussed briefly, the anti - silica scaling technologies including chemical scale prevention technology and the technology of inhibiting scale formation in production process are summarized, the polymer silica scale inhibitors including amine, carboxylic acid, sulfonic acid, ether and dendritic polymer scale inhibitors developed both abroad and at home in recent years are introduced, the scale inhibiting mechanism of silica scale inhibitors is analyzed, and the development direction of anti - silica scaling technologies is pointed out in this paper.
