On Several Issues Concerning Regional Culture Compiled into Local Records

地域文化是传统文化的重要组成部分,是地方志应该全面系统记载的重要内容。要准确理解地域文化的概念、类型及构成要素,并从基础功能层面和衍生扩展层面两个维度去深刻认识地域文化入志的意义、价值。而记载地域文化的方法和路径有:全面分析地域文化情况,找准主要特点;兼顾地域性、文化性与可操作性,制定好志书篇目;深挖细掘,打好志书资料基础。

Regional culture is an important part of traditional culture,and the important content which must be comprehensively and systematically recorded in local records.We must understand precisely the concept,types,and elements of regional culture,and deeply appreciate the significance and value of compiling regional culture into local records in two dimensions,both in the basic functions level and the derivative extention one.Ways and means to record regional culture include these as below ? to comprehensively analyze regional culture conditions and pinpoint major characteristics;to plan well and make the local records chapters and section good,taking full consideration of regional characteristics,cultural nature,and feasibility;to dig deeply and excavate carefully,establishing a good foundation of local records reference materials.
