摘要
从金属与半导体陶瓷接触机理出发,选择功函数比半导体陶瓷功函数小的金属作为电极。本文综述了压敏电阻器常用的电极材料:导电浆料、无机盐和金属材料。导电浆料有贵金属浆料和贱金属浆料;无机盐有氧化物和硫酸盐;金属材料有线材和粉末。压敏电阻器电极材料发展方向是贱金属化。
According to the contact mechanism of metal and semiconductive ceramic, the work function of the selected metal should be smaller than that of semiconductive ceramic. This paper introduces the common electrode materials, including conductive pastes (noble metal paste and base metal paste), inorganic salts (oxide and sulphate) and metal materials (wire and powder). Besides, the development direction of varistor' s electrode material is base metallization.
