摘要 结合采样机的工作流程,分别从基本参数、采样机参数、采样方案设计及参数计算、制样方案参数计算、胶带煤流采样机配置等方面阐述了胶带煤流采样装置,从采样单元数、采样单元子样数、子样和总样质量、子样间隔详细分析了胶带煤流采样方案的设计及相关参数的计算,并从采样方式、采样单元、采样单元子样数、总样质量、初级子样质量的校核、制样系统匹配及其计算、汽车厢车采样机配置等方面阐述了汽车厢车采样装置及其各项功能性参数的计算结果。针对采样机现场条件及机组容量重点探讨了采样机的配置方案,建议应根据入厂煤种及来煤方式合理配置燃煤机组采样机。 Combining with the work process of sampling machine,and from aspects such as basic parameters,sampling machine parameters,sampling plan design,parameter calculation,parameter calculation in sample preparation plan and belt coal stream sampling machine configuration,the belt coal stream sampling equipment was introduced,moreover,from aspects like sampling unit amount,increment amount of sampling unit,increment and gross sample weight,increment interval,the design of belt coal stream sampling plan and relative parameter calculation were analyzed particularly.Additionally,in this paper,from aspects such sampling method,sampling unit,increment amount of sampling unit,gross sample weight,primary increment weight check,sample preparation system matching and calculation,car and box car sampler configuration,the car and box car sampling equipment and its calculation result of functional parameters in every term were demonstrated.Regarding to the sampler site condition and unit capacity,the configuration plan of sampler was discussed,it was suggested that sampling machine of coal fired generating unit should be set according to the type of incoming coal and how the coal comes.
