UGI炉利用高硫低灰型煤生产半水煤气的可行性分析

摘要 简述型煤制气的现状,分析了高硫低灰型煤对制气生产系统的影响,并针对具体案例进行了采用高硫低灰末煤(制型煤)在间歇固定床气化炉(UGI炉)制气的可行性分析,建议在保证较高的系统负荷及有足够的造气炉备炉前提下考虑半脱装置处理能力,并合理安排高硫型煤制气炉的台数。 The current status of briquette to gas was demonstrated,how the high sulfur low ash briquette affected the gasification system was analyzed in this paper as well,meanwhile,regarding to the specific example,the feasibility analysis of using high sulfur low ash fine coal(for making briquette) to make gas in UGI furnace was done,it was suggested that under the condition of ensuring relatively high system load and enough spare gas making furnace,the semi stripping device capacity should be considered,and the reasonable amount of high sulfur type gas making furnace should be arranged.
