我国甜菜花叶病毒基因与马铃薯Y病毒属其它家族序列的比较与分析 被引量:1

Comparison and Analysis of DNA Sequence of Beet Mosaic Virus(BtMV)from China and Other Members of Genus Potyvirus

摘要 为弄清发生在我国甜菜花叶病毒的基因序列基本特征,将发生和流行于我国的甜菜花叶病毒基因与美国和斯洛伐克等地的花叶病病毒以及同属于马铃薯Y病毒属的其它病毒进行比较和分析。研究表明,我国甜菜花叶病毒基因全序列9591bp,编码3085个氨基酸,含有若干马铃薯Y病毒属高度保守的结构功能域。该病毒含有10个结构蛋白(分别为P1,HC-pro,P3,6K1,CI,6K2,VPg,NIa,NIb和CP),并将各蛋白的交割位点序列与其它马铃薯Y病毒属成员进行了比较。通过构建系统发育树,甜菜花叶病毒与落葵皱纹花叶病毒、平莲花叶病毒较高度同源,另与花生斑驳病毒和香雪兰花叶病毒近缘。 In order to understand the basics of a beet mosaic virus, we have compared DNA sequences of Beet mosaic virus (BtMV) endemic in China with those isolated from the US and Slovakia, including other virus belonging to genus potyvirus. The full-length sequence of BtMV isolated from China consists of 9,591bp, with encoding 3,085 amino acids, containing highly conserved functional domain of potyvirus. The polyprotein of BtMV isolated from China gives rise to ten proteins (P1, HC-pro, P3, 6K1, CI, 6K2, VPg, NIa, NIb and CP), and cleavage sites of each protein were compared with those of other known potyviruses. Phylogenetic tree of the polyprotein revealed that BtMV-china was the most close to BaRMV and PeLMV, and was related to PeMoV and FreMV.
