摘要
选用近年选育的甘蔗新品种(系)、中间材料及引进品种和对照品种合计48份材料,进行人工接种抗黑穗病鉴定试验。试验结果表明在人工接种条件下,新植蔗试验中,高抗及抗病的材料为41份,占85.4%;宿根蔗试验中,高抗及抗病的材料为21份,占43.8%;试验中58.3%的参试材料宿根蔗发病率较新植蔗的发病率高。
Experiments were conducted by manually inoculation to test smut resistance of 48 sugarcane materials including new sugarcane varieties, intermediate materials (strains) and the introduced varieties. The results indicated that there were 41 materials, accounting for 85.4%, were highly resistant or resistant to smut in new planted test, and there were 21 materials, accounting for 43.8%, were highly resistant or resistant to smut in ratoon test. For 58.3% of tested materials smut incidence rate in ratoon test was higher than new planted test.
