摘要
免抹灰混凝土以其良好的经济和环保效益,具有良好的发展前景.通过碳化试验并结合有限元软件ANSYS对比分析,实验室碳化28d试验结果和模拟结果碳化深度分别为14.8、15.2mm,说明试验结果具有一定的可靠性.通过本试验提出免抹灰混凝土钢筋保护层最小厚度,为完善我国免抹灰混凝土施工技术具有很好的现实意义.
It is found that non-plastering concrete construction technology in China sees a bright prospect of good economic and environmental benefits.By contrast carbonation test with the finite element analysis software ANSYS,the results of 28-day experiment in the laboratory and the simulation show the carbonation depth of 14.8mm and 15.2mm respectively.And the minimum thickness of the protective layer of reinforced concrete proposed by the experiment has a good practical significance in improvement of non-plastering construction technology in China.
