Global Cooperative Governance: The Chinese Dream and Human Dream

中国梦为国人和世人热议,绝非偶然。其中既有中国的自身因素,也有世界的共同愿景。实现梦想的必由之路,在于从根本理念出发,遵循客观发展规律,慎重决定努力方向。实践已经证明并将继续显示:政府与第三方的合作治理是高招、是上策、是体现人类智慧的最佳选择。国内如此,国际亦然,甚至尤然,因为各国和地区间的关系范围更广且影响更大。

It is not unusual that the Chinese dream has become hot-debated both at home and abroad. This is partly due to Chinats own factors, and also due to the common vision of the world. The only way to realize the dream is to start from the basic idea, follow the objective law of development, and make a careful decision on which path to take. Practice has proven and will continue to show that cooperative governance by government and the third-party is the best policy choice and embodies human wisdom. It should be like this in China as well as in the world, or even more, because the relationship between the countries or regions has a wider and greater impact.
