摘要
中国影视文化发展正面临着新的形势和新的环境。能否在这种背景下占领主动,是影视文化软实力提升面临的重要任务。而在影视文化软实力的诸多构成要素中,竞争力又是最为现实的要素。影视文化竞争力指的是特定国家或地区的影视在生产、运营、传播等方面所具有的综合比较优势。我国影视文化在长期的发展过程中,受国内政治经济社会文化等多种因素的制约以及国际影视文化发展潮流的影响,已经形成了独特的竞争优势,当然也存在着诸多不足。要全面提升我国影视文化竞争力,需要多方努力,从体制、市场、教育和环境等几方面提供保障和支持。
The development of the Chinese film and television industry is facing a new situation and new environment. To improve the soft power of the film and television industry in this context, an important task is to work proactively. Among all the factors comprising the soft power, competitiveness is the most realistic factor. The competitiveness of the film and television industry refers to the general comparative advantage in the production, operation and propagation of films and television products in a specific country or region. The Chinese film and television industry has fostered a unique competitive advantage in its long-term development process due to the political, economic, social and cultural restrictions at home and the influence of the development trend in the international film and television industry; of course, it also has many deficiencies. To enhance the competitiveness of the Chinese film and television industry comprehensively, we need to work hard on various fronts and provide guarantee and support in terms of institution, market, education, and environmental protection.
