低温制冷机用线性压缩机偏置特性的理论分析与数值模拟 被引量:2

摘要 通过对线性压缩机泄漏量进行理论研究,并基于该理论引出活塞偏置量的理论推导过程,从理论着手,分析了压缩机偏置的影响因素,得出压缩机内间隙两端的压差及板弹簧的轴向刚度决定活塞的偏置量;并通过PUMPLinx软件建立了线性压缩机偏置现象研究的物理模型,采用数值模拟的方法,获得了线性压缩机内部压力、质量流、活塞运动的变化情况,进一步得出了线性压缩机出现偏置现象的影响因素。 Through the theory study on linear compressor leakage and based on the theory,we conduct the piston offset theoretical derivation process,analyze the influence factors of compressor offset and conclude that the piston offset is determined by the differential pressure at the two ends of the gap in the compressor and the axial stiffness of the spring.Thus we establish the physical model of the linear compressor about offset research by PUMPLinx software,make use of the numerical simulation method to obtain the compressor internal pressure,mass flow and changes of the piston displacement at the initial stage and further reach a conclusion that the influence factors of offset phenomenon on linear compressor.
