摘要 配电网实现智能变电站化是未来的发展趋势,也是统一坚强智能电网的重要内容。实现配电网小电流接地选线的智能化接入,是实现智能配电网智能自愈控制的重要组成部分。介绍一种基于IEC-61850-2标准的智能变电站小电流接地故障监测系统,分析系统构成、工作原理及现场应用情况。系统结构合理,适用于110 k V及以下智能变电站,检测方法不受消弧线圈、不稳定电弧影响。 The realization of intelligent substation is the development trend of distribution network in the future and is also the important content of unified strong smart grid.To implement the intelligent access of small current grounding line selection of the distribution network is an important part of self-healing.A kind of intelligent substation based on IEC 61850-2 standard of small current grounding fault monitoring system structure is introduced,its working principle and field application case are analyzed.With the advantage of reasonable system structure,it can be applied in intelligent substations of 110 kV and below. The detection method is not influenced by arc suppression coil or by unstable arc.
