子午线轮胎稳态滚动的有限元分析 被引量:1

摘要 以子午线轮胎11.00R20为例,考虑轮胎变形的几何非线性以及轮胎与地面、轮胎与轮辋的大变形非线性接触等,建立子午线轮胎稳态滚动的有限元分析模型。对轮胎进行了静负荷工况和稳态滚动工况下的受力分析和接地压力分析,并提取轮胎的滚动半径。结果表明:在相同角速度下,纵向摩擦力的值随着摩擦因数的增大而增大;随着角速度的增大,轮胎侧向摩擦力先增大后减小;制动和牵引状态下,地面对轮胎的摩擦应力分布很不均匀,制动状态时,高摩擦应力区向与运动方向相反的方向扩展,牵引状态时,高摩擦应力区向运动方向扩展。 Using 11.00R20 radial tire as an example,a finite element model of steady-state rolling radial tire was established, considering the geometric nonlinear deformation of the tire and the large deformation in nonlinear contact between the tire and ground, as well as the tire and rim. The axial force distribution, contact pressure distribution and friction stress distribution were studied for the tire with standard pressure and load in the case of static loading and steady state rolling,and the rolling radius was obtained. The results showed that,at the same angular velocity,the absolute value of longitudinal friction force increased as the friction coefficient increased. As the angular velocity increased,the side friction force increased at first and then decreased. Under braking and traction state, the ground tire friction stress distribution was quite non-uniform,the high friction stress area was extended to the opposite direction of the movement direction under the braking condition, and the high friction stress area was extended to the movement direction under the traction condition.
