不同复合工况条件下轮胎轮辋配合安全问题研究

摘要 基于Abaqus非线性有限元软件,建立了12.00-20 18PR越野轮胎的稳态滚动模型,鉴于轮胎实际行驶状态的复杂性,为针对轮胎轮辋配合安全获取合理的仿真设置工况,通过考虑牵引、制动、侧偏和侧倾多工况的不同组合,得到接触区域关于接触压力、摩擦应力分布等评价因素的变化趋势以及轮胎轮辋配合安全具有实际研究意义的工况,并确定了可靠的仿真环境。 Abstract:Based on Abaqus nonlinear finite element software,the steady rolling model of 12.00--20 18PR off-the-road tire was established. For the complexity of actual driving condition,in order to obtain reasonable simulation environmental conditions on the fit safety of tire and rim, various combinations of the traction, braking, cornering and inclination conditions were considered. The influence of factors such as contact pressure and friction stress on contact region was investigated and the reliable simulation working conditions having practical significance for the fit of tire and rim were ob- tained.
