摘要
从化学成分、药理活性方面对血红铆钉菇的研究现状进行了综述,其化学成分主要包括多糖类、脂肪酸类、内酯类、香豆素类、酚类、甾类、羟基蒽醌类和萜类等;在药理活性方面,对其抗肿瘤、神经元保护、抗氧化、抗病原菌、促生长以及抗运动病等作用进行了较全面的概述,旨在为今后的研究和开发利用提供基础。
The chemical compositions and pharmacological activities of Chroogomphus rutilus were comprehensively discussed in this paper. According to the literature,the fruiting body of Chroogomphus rutilus contains all kinds of chemical compositions including polysaccharides,fatty acids,lactones, coumarins, phenols, steroids, hydroxy-anthraquinones, terpenes etc., and recent research advances in pharmacological activities were summarized,including anti-tumor,neuronal protection,anti-oxidation,anti-bacteria,anti-motion sickness,promoting growth and other functions.The paper aims to provide the basis for the development and utilization of Chroogomphus rutilus.
