摘要
目前,我国已有十余部地方工资集体协商专项立法。各地立法的主要思路和具体规定各有侧重。今后开展工资集体协商专项立法工作应着重澄清立法认识、界定法律覆盖、明确立法内容等。
At present, there have been more than a dozen of local special legislations about collective wage consultation. These local legislations have their own thinking and focuses. In the future, in order to improve special legislation about collective wage consultation, we should define legal cover and legislation contents.
