摘要
在改革开放过程中,我国企业福利制度发生了重大转变,传统的服务方式和内容已经无法解决企业发展的新问题及满足职工服务的新需求。企业社会工作理念和方法的引入是一种有益的探索和创新,其对满足职工实际需求、解决企业发展困扰和发展社会经济都有着重要意义。
In the process of reform and opening up, the enterprise welfare system has been great changed in our country, the traditional service methods and contents have been unable to solve the new problems of enterprise development and meet the new demands of staff service. Introducing the concept and methods of enterprise social work is a useful exploration and innovation, it plays an important role in meeting the actual demand of the staff, solving the problems of enterprise development and developing social economic.
