目前餐厨垃圾的处理技术主要有厨余垃圾粉碎直排、制成饲料用于养殖、厌氧消化或高温好氧堆肥等方式。本文通过分析目前国内的各种处理方式的优缺点,寻找一种简便易行,易于在国内推广的餐厨垃圾处理工艺,实现餐厨垃圾的资源回收利用,可用于生产优质肥料、固体燃料与微生物饲料,同时防止"地沟油"的产生,减轻城市污水处理系统的负担,有利于社会经济和生态各方面的可持续发展。

The paper analyzes the advantages and shortcomings in various treatment modes of kitchen garbage in the country at the present time, looks for a sort of simple kitchen garbage treatment technology which is easy to popularize in the country, realize the resource reclamation and utilization of the kitchen garbage which can be used to produce the high quality fertilizers, solid fuels and microbe feedstuffs, and prevent the generation of ＂black dyke oil＂, mitigate the burden of urban sewage treatment system and makes for the sustainable development of social-economy and ecology.
