风电行业是国家鼓励发展的新能源产业,是可再生能源利用的有效方式。风电场是生态验收调查的重点项目,验收时应对噪声、场区动物数量和生活习性、植被恢复等情况进行调查。文章对生态调查时易忽略的高空噪声、叠加噪声、候鸟迁徙、植被恢复、地下水、危险废物等进行了讨论,探讨了易忽略的原因,并对风电场生态的调查验收提出了建议。

The wind-power industry is the new energy industry encouraged and developed by the state, and is an effective mode of renewable energy use while the wind-power field is the key projects of eco-checking and acceptance survey. When checking and acceptance are carried out, the noise, the number of animals and living habits, and vegetation restoration in the fields should be investigated. The article discusses high altitude noise, adding noise, migratory bird migration, vegetation restoration, groundwater, hazardous wastes which are easy to ignore; explores easily overlooked reason; and puts forward recommendations on the ecological surveys checking and acceptance of wind-power field.
