摘要
针对2105胶带巷车场高应力软岩巷道开口施工期间巷道所受应力大、围岩变形量大、支护困难等问题,通过理论分析、数值模拟、现场实测的研究方法,对开口处巷道断面进行局部优化,提出了开口巷道"小断面开口,大断面掘进"的施工方案。通过分析可知,优化后巷道所受的最高地应力降低30%~50%。工程实践表明,掘进施工过程中,顶板下沉量32 mm,两帮移近量累计43 mm,优化后巷道支护效果良好。
Aiming at the issues of suffered high stress,surrounding rock deformation quantity,supporting difficulty for 2105 belt roadway yard,by using theoretical analysis,field measurement research methods,local optimization was carried out on the section of the roadway in the opening area,and the construction plan of " opening at the small section,driving at the large one" was proposed. Analysis shows that,after optimization of roadway,the highest ground stress of the roadway reduced by 30% to 50%. Field application results show that: in the entire mining process,the max roof convergence of the roadway was 32 mm,the max moving quantity of the two sidewalls was43 mm,the optimized roadway has the better supporting effect.
