摘要
蒋家河煤矿通过对液压支架的运输、卸车、安装等多个环节的分析及多年的实践,提出了利用无极绳运输液压支架、伸缩千斤顶提放液压支架、对拉绞车及滑道摆放液压支架的安全快速的综放工作面液压支架安装技术。应用表明,采用该方法后,每天可安装液压支架15台左右,150 m长工作面用时7 d左右就可以将100台液压支架安装到位,同时具有安全性高、材料消耗少、劳动力节省等特点。
Through analysing and practicing transportation,unloading,installation of hydraulic supports,and other working process in Jiangjiahe Coal Mine,many installation technologies were proposed,including electrodeless rope haulage hydraulic support,a telescopic jack provided of hydraulic support,the tension winch and slide placed hydraulic support. The application of these methods can realize the installation of hydraulic support safely and fast. Practical application shows that,after adopting the method,15 hydraulic supports can be installed in one day. 100 sets of hydraulic bracket can be installed in less than 7 days on working face whose length is 150 m,the advantages of safety,material consumption,less labor consumption are also obvious.
