摘要
针对目前煤矿压风机监测系统存在的高成本、高维护难度和高布线复杂度等缺点,基于物联网Zig Bee技术设计了煤矿压风机监控系统。应用表明,该系统能够准确监测压风机实时的运行状态参数,并可通过上位机组态软件显示压风机的实时运行参数及实时变化曲线,该系统还具有可自动预警和生成各种报表的功能。实践表明,该系统的应用显著提升了煤矿生产的安全性。
Aiming at the shortcomings of high cost,extended maintenance difficulty and wiring complexity of former forcing fan monitoring system in coal mine,a new forcing fan monitoring system was designed based on Zig Bee technology. The system can accurately monitor the forcing fan of the main running parameters,and can display the state parameter and the trend curves of ventilators,with automatic report generation and automatic alarm functions. It was shown that,the application of system has enhanced the safety production of the coal mine significantly.
