摘要
在分析白岩选煤厂煤质特征及可选性的基础上,对分选方案、入料方式、入洗方式、分级上限及产品方案等进行比选,确定了最佳分选工艺:+50 mm原煤采用动筛预先排矸,50~3 mm采用三产品无压重介旋流器分选,3~0 mm直接成产品,尾煤浓缩压滤;煤泥掺入洗精煤为最终产品为最佳产品方案。选煤厂投产后,精煤产率69%~71%,精煤硫分在3%以下,达到了预期的设计效果。
In this paper,based on analysing characteristics of coal quality of the coal and its washability in Baiyan Coal Preparation Plant,coal separation scheme and a feeding,washing,grading limit and product scheme were selected to determine the best separation process:+ 50 mm coal by moving sieve pre-discharging the gangue,50 ~ 3 mm using three products heavy medium cyclone,3 ~ 0 mm directly into products,tailings concentrated filtration; incorporation of coal slime for the final product is the best product scheme. After the coal preparation plant is put into operation,the productivity of clean coal 69% ~ 71%,coal sulfur content below 3%,achieving the desired effect.
