摘要
目的调查大连开发区常住妇女人口中宫颈病变及HPV感染率。方法对大连开发区8个街道共4 142名妇女进行流行病学问卷调查,测定HPV,探查相关高危因素。结果 4 142例妇女中,TCT检测异常者208人,阳性率5.02%;HR-HPV(+)215人,阳性率5.19%。HPV单一感染156例,多重感染59例。结论大连开发区的HPV感染型别研究中,高危HPV多重感染比单一感染发生宫颈病变更常见,吸烟、性生活过早、多性伴侣、早孕等都是诱发宫颈产生病变的高危因素。
Objective To investigate the dalian development zone resident population of women in cervical lesions and HPV infection. Methods A total of 4 142 women for epidemiological survey in the dalian development zone 8 streets,determination of HPV,explored related risk factors. Results 4 142 cases of women,TCT examination was abnormal 208 people,the positive rate of 5.02%,HR-HPV（＋）215 people,the positive rate of 5.19%. Single HPV infection in 156 cases,59 cases of multiple infection. Conclusion HPV infection of dalian development zone in the study,high-risk HPV infection of multiple more common than single infection in cervical lesions,smoking,sex,sexual partners,early pregnancy and so on are induced cervical disease risk factors.
