社区卫生服务中心既是向参保人员提供基本医疗服务的主体,又是医疗保险政策执行和医保费用控制的载体,也是直接向广大参保人员进行医保政策宣传的场所。只有有效加强社区卫生服务中心的医疗保险管理,才能不断提高医疗服务的质量,有效遏制医疗费用的不合理支出,保障基本医疗保险基金的合理使用,维护广大参保人员合法权益。

Community health service centers are not only the subject of providing basic medical services to the insured persons,and the carrier of implementing the health insurance policy and controling the health care costs,but also the place of propagating the health insurance policy to the majority of insured health care personnel directly. Only effectively strengthening the health insurance management of community health service centers,will we be ready to continuously improve the quality of medical services,to effectively curb unreasonable medical expenses,to control the rational use of the basic medical insurance fund,to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the insured.
