摘要
为了提供较好的实践平台与实验室给医学生学习,医学院正在不断研究规范、高效、开放式的免疫组化、生化、形态实验室。且大多数高校已经提出开放式实验室建立的措施,其中主要是从实验室管理人员教育、实验内容与管理技术手段三方面着手,本文在对实验室自身特点进行分析的前提下,探讨了医学院开放式实验室建立与管理的意义,提出了实验室建设与管理的措施,以期提高医学院教学质量。
In order to provide better practice platform and laboratory for medical students,immunohistochemical,biochemical and morphological laboratories are constructed,which are normal,efficient,and open. Most colleges and universities have put forward the measure of setting up open laboratory,which mainly include education for laboratory administrator,contents of experiment and management technology. According to laboratory characteristics,we discusses the meaning of medical establishment and management of open laboratory,and propose measures of laboratory construction and management for improving the teaching quality of medical school.
