摘要
目的加强现代医院管理创新,促进医院发展。方法结合现代医院背景,分析管理创新的原则,针对如何创新提出对策。结果在现代医院发展背景下,管理创新有一定原则,需从管理制度、经营模式、管理技术三方面加以创新,提高整体管理水平。结论创新在现代医院管理中有重要意义,对降低成本、提高竞争力有积极作用,能够满足医院现代化发展需求。
Objective To strengthen the management innovation of modern hospital,and promote the development of the hospital. Methods Combined with the background of modern hospital,the principle of management innovation was analyzed,and the countermeasures were put forward. Results In the context of modern hospital development,management innovation has certain principles,from the management system,management mode,management technology three aspects to innovate,improve the overall management level. Conclusion Innovation in modern hospital management has important significance,to reduce costs,improve the competitiveness of a positive role,to meet the needs of hospital modernization development.
