产后出血治疗中子宫压迫缝合术的临床应用

Clinical Application of Uterine Compression Suture in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的研究产后出血治疗中子宫压迫缝合术的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的58例产后出血患者,分为两组各29例,对照组予常规止血,观察组予子宫压迫缝合术,观察治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗有效率、术中出血量和术后2 h出血量、术后并发症发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子宫压迫缝合术可有效改善产后出血患者临床症状,有效改善预后。

Objective To study the clinical application of uterine compression suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 58 patients in our hospital postpartum hemorrhage were divided into two groups,29 cases in the control group were treated with conventional hemostatic,the observation group to uterine compression suture,the treatment effect was observed. Results The patients efficient 2 h blood loss and postoperative bleeding,postoperative complication rate were better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Uterine compression suture can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of postpartum hemorrhage,improve prognosis.
