无创正压通气治疗重症COPD呼吸衰竭患者的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Noninvasive Positive Pressure Ventilation in the Treatment of Severe COPD Respiratory Failure

目的研究无创正压通气治疗重症COPD呼吸衰竭患者的临床效果。方法选取60例患者照治疗方法分为两组,观察组无创正压通气,对照组常规治疗。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率、治疗后Pa O2、Pa CO2分别为93.33%、(89.65±9.68)mm Hg、(54.17±6.25)mm Hg,同对照组患者相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗重症COPD呼吸衰竭患者临床上无创正压通气获得良好效果。

Objective To study the clinical effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of severe COPD respiratory failure patients. Methods 60 patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment method,the observation group had no invasive positive pressure ventilation,and the control group was treated with conventional therapy. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group,Pa CO2,Pa O2,93.33%,（89.65±9.68）mm Hg,（54.17±6.25）mm Hg,compared with the control group,there was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of severe respiratory failure patients with COPD,there is no positive pressure ventilation to achieve good results.
