观察无创呼吸机治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭的临床效果

Efficacy of Noninvasive Ventilation in the Treatment of Neonatal Respiratory Failure

目的探讨无创呼吸机治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭的临床效果。方法选取2013年12月~2014年12月在我院进行呼吸衰竭治疗的58例新生儿作为研究对象,将其分为观察组、对照组,观察组患儿采用无创呼吸机进行治疗,对照组患儿采用头罩吸氧方式进行治疗,比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果观察组患儿的治疗总有效率为96.55%,高于对照组68.57%,组间差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论运用无创呼吸机治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭具有非常好的临床效果。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of non-invasive ventilation treatment of neonatal respiratory failure. Methods From December 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital,58 cases of respiratory failure in neonates as research subjects,which was divided into two groups,the control group,patients in the observation group using non-invasive ventilation treatment,control group were treated with oxygen hood approach to treatment,the treatment effect between the two groups of children. Results The treatment of children in the observation group total effective rate was 96.55%,significantly higher than 68.57%,there were differences between the two groups,P〈0.05. Conclusion The use of non-invasive ventilation in the treatment of neonatal respiratory failure with very good clinical results.
