妇科内分泌失调临床治疗观察

Clinical Efficacy of Gynecological Endocrine Disorders

目的观察临床治疗妇科内分泌失调的疗效。方法选取我院妇科内分泌失调患者60例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组患者行西医治疗,而观察组患者进行中西医结合治疗。观察两组临床疗效,并对比治疗前后性激素指标的变化。结果观察组总有效率为93.3%,而对照组为70.0%,对比结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。性激素指标观察组同样优于对照组,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗妇科内分泌失调具有良好的疗效,治疗效果优于单纯的西医治疗。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of gynecological endocrine disorders. Methods 60 patients of hospital gynecological endocrine disorders were randomly divided into observation group and treatment group, 30 cases, western medicine treatment of patients in the control group, while the observation group of patients in combination therapy, clinical efficacy, and sex hormone indicators before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate was 93.3%, while the control group was 70.0%, compared to the results statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） . Hormone index observation group than the control group the same, compared to a significant difference （ P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion The combination tberapy of gynecological endocrine disorders have a good effect, the treatment effect was better than the western medicine.
