硝苯地平缓释剂治疗轻中度高血压的疗效和药理探析

Efficacy and Pharmacological Analysis of Nifedipine Relievers in the Treatment of Mild-to-moderate Hypertension

目的对硝苯地平缓释剂治疗轻中度高血压患者的疗效进行观察,并分析硝苯地平缓释剂的药理作用。方法收集我院106例轻中度高血压患者,根据患者住院尾号的奇偶数将其分为两组各53例,对照组患者服用常规硝苯地平缓释片,治疗组患者服用硝苯地平缓释剂,对比两组治疗疗效。结果治疗组患者血压恢复至参考值时间、用药时间、总治疗有效率以及不良反应率等指标对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗轻中度高血压患者采用硝苯地平缓释剂,有助于增强疗效,减少不良反应。

Objective To observe and analyze the efficacy and pharmacological analysis of nifedipine relievers in the treatment of mild-to-moderate hypertension. Methods 106 cases in our hospital patients with mild to moderate hypertension,according to the tail number of the number of hospitalized patients were divided into two groups of odd 53 cases in the control group of patients taking conventional nifedipine treatment group patients taking nifedipine horizon release agent,compared two groups of treatment efficacy. Results Blood pressure treatment group returned to the reference value of the time,treatment time,the comparison between the total treatment efficiency and adverse reaction rate difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of mild to moderate hypertension treated with nifedipine agents,help to enhance the efficacy and reduce adverse reactions.
