摘要
目的通过对门诊超说明书用药情况的分析,实现超说明书用药的规范管理。方法抽取门诊2014年7~12月份的处方,以药品说明书为依据,统计超说明书用药情况。结果在选取的2 500张门诊处方中,超说明书用药占据总量9.12%。结论门诊存在比较普遍的超说明书用药情况,需要通过管理政策的制定来实现规范化管理,以便于保证患者的安全。
Objective To analyze unlabeled drug use in the outpatient and realize unlabeled use management specification. Methods We chose outpatient prescription from July 2014 to December 2014,based on leaflet,record manual medications. Results Among 2500 outpatient prescriptions,unlabeled use occupy 9.12% of total amount. Conclusion Outpatient service has common unlabeled use condition and it is necessary to realize standardized management through the management policy in order to ensure patients＇ safety.
