氯沙坦联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭疗效观察

Efficacy of Losartan and Meglumine Adenosine Cyclophosphate in Treating Pulmonary Heart Disease With Heart Failure

目的探讨氯沙坦联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭疗效。方法选择我院2013年9月~2014年9月收治的肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭患者96例,随机分为实验组和对照组,各48例,对照组患者给予常规治疗,实验组患者在常规治疗基础上给予氯沙坦联合环磷腺苷葡胺治疗,治疗2周后,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果实验组患者临床总有效率高于对照组,比较差异有具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论治疗肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭时,氯沙坦联合环磷腺苷葡胺具备良好的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of losartan combined with cyclic adenosine phosphate in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease with heart failure. Methods 96 patients with pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,48 cases in experimental group and control group,the control group was treated with losartan combined with cyclic adenosine phosphate on the basis of conventional treatment for 2 weeks,and the clinical effect of two groups was compared. Results He clinical total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of pulmonary heart disease with heart failure,losartan combined with cyclic adenosine phosphate has good therapeutic effect.
