生长抑素用于上消化道出血患者的止血效果观察

Effect of Somatostatin on the Bleeding of Upper Digestive Tract

目的研究生长抑素用于上消化道出血患者的止血效果。方法研究对象为我院2013年6月~2015年6月收治的上消化道出血患者104例,按照随机法分为对照组（n=52）与观察组（n=52）,所有患者均给予卧床休息、禁食、补充血容量、输血、吸氧等常规对症治疗,奥美拉挫静注,40 mg/次,每日2次;观察组在此基础上加用生长抑素止血治疗,比较两组患者治疗疗效及平均止血时间。结果观察组治疗后总有效率96.2%高于对照组84.6%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组平均止血时间（26±12）h少于对照组（38±16）h,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对上消化道出血患者给予生长抑素治疗,止血迅速,临床疗效好。

Objective To study the effect of somatostatin on the bleeding of upper digestive tract bleeding. Methods The subjects in our hospital in June 2013 and 2015 June from digestive tract hemorrhage in 104 cases,according to randomly divided into control group（n=52）and observation group（n=52）,all patients were given bed rest and fasting,supplement blood volume,blood transfusion,oxygen and other conventional symptomatic treatment,omeprazole and intravenous injection,40 mg/time,2 times a day,the observation group based on the use of somatostatin in the treatment of bleeding,were compared between the two groups of patients and the average bleeding time. Results The total effective rate of the observation group（96.2%）was significantly higher than that in the control group（84.6%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,the average hemostasis time of the observation group（26±12）h was significantly less than that of the control group（38±16）h,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with somatostatin,rapid hemostasis,good clinical efficacy.
