中药保留灌肠配合穴位艾灸治疗放射性肠炎的临床效果分析

Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Retention Enema With Acupuncture Moxibustion in the Treatment of Radiation Enteritis

目的研究探讨中药保留灌肠联合穴位艾灸对放射性肠炎的临床治疗效果。方法随机选取我院2014年1月~2015年2月收治的30例放射性肠炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规西药治疗,研究组采用中药保留灌肠配合穴位艾灸治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗后两组患者的临床治疗效果对比,组间对比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中药保留灌肠联合穴位艾灸对放射性肠炎的临床治疗效果明显。

Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of traditional chinese medicine retain enema joint moxibustion on radioactive enteritis. Methods Randomly selected from our hospital from January 2014 to February 2015,30 radioactive enteritis patients as the research object,randomly divided into two groups,control group using conventional western medicine treatment,the team used traditional Chinese medicine retention enema with acupuncture moxibustion treatment,compared two groups of patients with the clinical therapeutic effect. Results The two groups after treatment in patients with clinical treatment effect comparison,comparing differences between groups with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine retain enema joint degree moxibustion in the treatment of radiation enteritis is suitable for clinical use.
